Menu Plan Monday

It's back.
After a brief break from menu planning (taken occasionally to prove how awesome menu planning really is) I have a menu all worked out.

Monday: Stuffed Shells
Tuesday: baked chicken, mashed potatoes, salad
Wednesday: shrimp and grits (my new obsession)
Thursday: grilled pork chops, rice, veggies
Friday: spaghetti w/ meat sauce, salad
Saturday: out to eat!
Sunday: burgers and fries

  1. Yay! I love the menu plan! The weeks are so much harder when we don't, right?
    Monday: slow-cooked pork butt, sauteed spinach with garlic, pine nut & olive oil couscous
    Tuesday: Fajita chicken Salad
    Wednesday: Rosemary Ranch chicken (this is a new recipe: http://www.pilgrims.com/recipes/PrintableRecipe.aspx?id=1447), grilled zucchini, basil/tomato/mozzarella "salad"
    Thursday: clean out the fridge!
    Friday: Out to eat!
    Saturday: Don't know!
